Decori Faentini: Garofano 1767
A classic for all seasons.
The ”Garofano” appeared in Faenza in the nineteenth century in the production of Conti Ferniani; it has been the most famous of Faenza ever since.
A much sought after decoration, on blue enamel, representing elements of an eastern garden, made from the abundance of details transposed onto ceramic by the paintbrush of the artist.
